ElecKey Network provides a set of software and tools that allow you to protect a variety of applications running on Windows platforms, including desktop and web ASP.NET.

Desktop App Protection

Shell Protection Wrapper

The state-of-the art shell protection can wrap over the executable (e.g. EXE, DLL, OCX, .NET) and create the protected version instantly. No coding skills required!

KeyCheck API and .NET Component

The KeyCheck API includes 32/64-bit DLLs, .NET Component, and Class Library that provide higher security, better seamless integration, and greater flexibily to support more app types (e.g. .NET WPF, MS Access/ Excel/Word Macro, Visual FoxPro).

Web App Protection

KeyCheck ActiveX

The provided ActiveX Automation Server allows you to protect web-browser based applications developed by ASP.NET or JavaScript. The solution supports both client-side and server-side web applications for node-locked, USB dongle, and floating network licenses. For server-side or cloud-based web applications, the solution also allows you to control or limit the number of concurrent ASP.NET users/sessions.

Copy Protection for macOS

ElecKey MAX provides the KeyCheck SDK for Mac, which includes a set of libraries (e.g. C++, Objective-C, Java, Qt, Delphi) and tools that allow you to protect and license applications running on macOS platforms.

Node-Locked License

Node-locked license offers software-based copy protection that ties the application to a specific machine via hardware fingerprints (e.g. CPU, BIOS, HDD, Ethernet). So you can distribute your software securely online over the Internet.

Serial Key Licensing

The solution includes a license registration system that you can generate License Keys to license your software into different distributions such as shareware, evaluation, feature-based, subscription.

USB Dongle License

USB dongle license offers dongle-based copy protection that ties the application to a physical USB device. It also provides a more flexible node-locked license solution that allows the user to transfer the dongle license between machines easily.

Floating Network License

Floating license offers network-based copy protection that ties the application to a specific license server accessible via the network. The solution includes NetKey License Server (NKLS), which functions to manage and allocate a pool of licenses to the application.

Floating Concurrent Licenses

The solution allows you to control concurrent network licenses in a variety of scenarios, including Terminal Server sessions. For web applications, you can also limit the number of concurrent ASP.NET users/ sessions.

Customizable License Server

The provided NetKey Manager .NET Component allows you to personalize your own license server that will be deployed to your client sites.

LicenseKey Manager is a desktop licensing tool for the software distributed as software-based license. It allows you to generate License Keys to license and turn your software into different distributions.

USB LicenseKey Manager

USB LicenseKey Manager is a desktop licensing tool for the software distributed as dongle-based license. It allows you to make USB license dongles (from normal USB flash drives) to license your software.

Software Update

ElecKey Network PLUS includes the UpdateShield features that allow you to add the automatic software update functionality at the same time you use ElecKey to protect your application.

Simple Deployment

You only need to place an index XML file on your web server. The Updater automatically checks for a new version, downloads and installs the update to the application.

Online Installer

You can build and distribute your software as an Online Installer that has the ability to download the latest version setup package and install it automatically. So you don't need to distribute a new setup installer for every new version.
