We recommend that you test your application protected by ElecKey in all possible features within 30 days of purchase. If you find any issue or problem, let us know. Our development team will review the issue and find a solution for you. You won't be charged for support. Our customers are entitled for free online support, with no annual subscription or maintenance fee. If we could not solve your problem, or you are not satisfied with it, you can ask for a refund. We will ask you to deactivate the ElecKey license from your machine, before issuing the refund.
