You can disable the Registration Dialog Box checkbox in the Customize Messages dialog. Then, you can enable the protected application to execute a separate registration program (when the application is not registered) by configuring the KCAPI.INI file as follows:

[Registration]

Application=MyRegister.exe

This will call to the Register.exe that you would create to meet all your needs.
