Could you please provide us with general terms and conditions about service and support?

We have a very simple policy for support services. Our customers are entitled to receive FREE online technical support and future software updates for the life time of the product. There is no annual subscription or maintenance fee. So the total cost of owning ElecKey is the cost of the product, not the cost of the product ++ annual fees like other vendors.
You can contact us for support by sending an email to General support cases are replied within 24 hours on average. Complicated issues, when needed, will be directed to our development team that will help to review in details, and issue a solution or a patch. If it is an urgent case, we can put it on a higher priority in which you can expect a response faster than the 24-hour average.
