Software Protection

The software protection system incorporates technologies to provide the solution for both copy protection and code protection.

· Copy Protection. The copy protection solution provides the mechanism to enforce the software license agreement. It enables you to protect your application against illegal copy and unauthorized use, as well as secure the distribution of your application.

· Code Protection. Besides software piracy, software tampering is another serious threat. The code protection solution employs several techniques to protect the code (including algorithms and intellectual property) against tampering and reverse engineering attempts.

To protect an application, in most cases, you need both copy protection and code protection. However, it is also possible that you apply either copy protection or code protection to your application.
